Gerald Merveille

After a successful experience of 9 years in an advisory firm and afterward with DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) in a management role, Gerald Merveille launched the Luxembourg CBRE office in October 2008 and acted as Managing Director and Partner.

 

The company's employees rose from 2 to 20 people in 7 years and it became one of the market leader in all real estate sectors (agency, valuation, capital markets, corporate services, property management, workplace and design).

 

In 2016, Gerald decided to quit CBRE and to dedicate its experience to his clients in a totally independent and tailored way. He founded GEMAA (Gerald MErveille Asset Advisory). Since, the company has advised multiple clients in various fields such as valuation, investment advice, sale process advisory and financial modelling.

 

Gerald holds a Master of Business Management (MBM) and a Master in Environmental Sciences (MEM) magna cum laude, both from the University of Liège (Belgium). In 2021, he completed a postgraduate “School of Thinking” programme organized by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).

He is member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

 

He is  a lecturer in real estate trainings and courses at IFBL, IFE and the University of Luxembourg.

 

Gerald is fond of outdoor and nature sports such as paragliding, mountain biking, skiing and skydiving.
